The world goes round and round
never stopping for any one time.
Sometimes I hoped that it would stop.
just for me so that I'll be able to change.
or prevent something bad from happening.
I wish society would for once STOP everything
and listen to the birds sing and feel the wind
dancing through the sunlit sky with clouds
roaming through the clear blue sky.
Just for a moment...
stop everything and hear
the raindrops hitting the window
and hear the silent music... fill the air.
